
- 1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
- ½ cup oats
- ½ medium sized banana*
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl or glass and enjoy!
*Tip: Use a frozen banana and a chilled bottle of Souvenaid for a cooler treat.
- 1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
- ¼ cup low fat milk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ medium sized banana, sliced*
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter*
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ¼ cup pecans
- In a small bowl combine oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, Souvenaid® and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, microwave sliced bananas and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds. Add to overnight oats.
- Then top with pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup.
*Tip: Not everyone loves peanut butter, but an easy switch for half a cup blueberries will make this the sweetest treat ever. Blend the blueberries and sliced bananas together and serve over the top of the overnight oats.


- 1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
- 2 fresh pitted dates
- ½ medium sized green apple (peeled or unpeeled)
- ¼ medium sized banana*
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.*Tip: Why not try adding frozen banana slices to the blend instead this will help give it the smooth and creamy taste you won't be able to resist.

- 1 medium sized green apple (peeled or unpeeled)
- 1 tablespoon avocado
- ½ kiwi
- ½ cup baby spinach leaves
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.*Tip: Green smoothies aren't for everyone, but adding just half a cup of frozen berries will help tone down the flavour of those nutritious greens.

- ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
- Pulp of one medium passionfruit
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.Tip: If your wanting a bit more tang, serve with additional passionfruit pulp over the top.
